Just released into the Public Domain in 2019, this masterpiece tells the story of the beautiful Mrs. Forester, the resident aristocrat of a failing Western railroad town, who is an enigma.  As a boy, Neil Herbert loves her, and, witnessing her ups and downs in later life, he suffers over her trials and vulnerabilities.
